Daisies Decline

Daisies Decline takes as its starting point the film Daisies by Czechoslovak director Vera Chytilová. A duo of women who have a knack for impertinence, a love of disorder, and who question the limits of decency. They navigate between elegance and disgust, delicacy and coarseness. In addition to indulging excessively in all the pleasures available to them, they are counterpoints and archetypes of the traditional representation of women.

Daisies Decline is a dancing duo, but above all a playful celebration: two mischief-makers daring to probe the limitless power of their complicity.
