Suzanne: une histoire du cirque is a cinematic show about the encounter with a trapeze artist from the 1950s. Suzanne, who is 90 today, has passed on her story, which has remained forgotten until now. Through images and sounds, her story is told, as well as the peculiar investigation that was conducted to reconstruct her act with contemporary circus artists. We'll be talking about oblivion, memory, stories within history, the links between generations, risk, death (and inevitably life). Suzanne: une histoire du cirque is a conference, a film, a show. It is neither, and perhaps all at once.
