Z.A.C.A.B. / Le Salon aka Numa & Cuche - Solar Sound System

ZACAB's musical universe is based on the revolutionary sounds that emerged in the 80s, fusing contemporary tracks and sounds. Navigating through new wave, italo-disco, EBM, trance and electro styles, his DJ sets create a retro-futuristic experience, which he describes as "body dance synth music".

Le Salon is more than just a Lausanne vinyl store. Its founders, Cuche and Numa, are also passionate DJs.

Numa
A DJ and collector for a decade, Numa has forged a musical universe that lies at the intersection of different influences. From European deviants to tropical UFOs, via disco from across the Atlantic, it's often against a backdrop of electronic rhythm boxes that the mix takes shape.

Cuche 
Cuche was brought up on hip hop before immersing himself in African and tropical music. From then on, these sounds were omnipresent in his selections. Following his encounter with Numa, he gradually fleshed out his selections with more electronic and downtempo sounds, blending perfectly with the rhythms of world music. Between psychedelic synthesizers and continental drum machines, Cuche mixes eras and genres.
