Troisième Nature

Surrounded by the audience, Florencia Demestri and Samuel Lefeuvre compose a sensitive, non-anatomical body, made of a mirrored surface that covers them entirely.
This mass expands and contracts in space, passing through a multitude of states, sometimes revealing humanoid or animal silhouettes, creating fleeting, uncertain images in the process. With Troisième Nature, Florencia and Samuel invite viewers to experience a different way of looking, and thus feeling, detached from the idea of progression as well as the need for identification.
